Traditional education, the kind that is limited to the transmission of knowledge, is no longer good enough. The reality in which we live is <strong>becoming more complex<\/strong>, constantly changing, where geographical borders are disappearing and where knowledge is proliferating exponentially. In this context, it is our priority to provide students with the <strong>values, skills, knowledge and insight<\/strong> that will help them achieve their full potential and reach their goals successfully. It implies, first of all, an attitude of openness to the world, which it is essential to understand both local and global realities; it also implies respecting and valuing different cultures, celebrating diversity and understanding differences.<br \/>From this perspective, being able to communicate in more than one language helps students to recognize that one&#8217;s own language, culture and worldview are not the only ones.<\/p><p><strong>The Legamar International School Linguistic Project <\/strong>seeks to work comprehensively and cross-culturally in all language areas, understanding bilingualism as the coexistence of both English and Spanish languages on a daily basis in the school, and not as the mere inclusion of subjects in English. In early childhood education, learning English is immersive, with 50% in English and Spanish.<br \/>The school has bilingual, native professionals and conversation assistants who help reinforce oral skills. There is a specific library as well as <strong>two psychomotricity classrooms for early childhood students.<\/strong><\/p><p>The school has an <strong>art workshop-laboratory<\/strong>, a specially equipped space for students to carry out activities in which they can work on different plastic disciplines while providing adequate storage for materials and works of art.<\/p><p>In addition, the school has an <strong>environmental education classroom<\/strong> where different natural experiments are carried out: reproduction by spores, asexual reproduction by propagules, bubble nest-building fish&#8230; which also serves as a hospital for injured animals.<\/p><p>The school&#8217;s large open areas feature an <strong>outdoor classroom, a farm, school gardens<\/strong> and an area called &#8216;the pond&#8217; where an <strong>aquatic and plant ecosystem<\/strong> has been recreated. This space is used for practical natural science
